I'm not sure if my question is really dumb or not, so bear with me. Does AA issue a connecting flight if I'm booking a JFK-TYO JAL ticket? Put another way, to get a JAL ticket, do I need to put my origin in as JFK or can I book it out of Orlando with MCO-JFK on AA?
