Sure did, guest relations line I think was the dept. I spoke with, they offered me 2,500 points, I said no thank you hardly worth what I experienced, I was shocked to see 5,000 points depoisted unknowingly to me (nice surprise) fromt he agent I spoke with, this was Aug of 03 btw.

In short, folks considering staying at this location, avoid it like the plauge.

Many will echo the same thoughts.
