If you used the online method and made an "Economy Plus Refund" request, UA has an exact copy of what was requested and there should be little doubt on re-examination.

Suggest you reply, as suggested above, the full refund was in error -- referencing you made the request on day xx/xx/xxxx. Then let UA examine the original request.
