In addition to that list, I had a JL marketed CI flight in Y from TPE to NRT before.
I asked JL customer relations before booking. They told me I can have business class check-in, priority baggage and lounge access.
Yes, it was true but had a lot of trouble all the way from check-in counter to lounge. CI staff didn't know the policy and called JAL counter everytime.
It took 40min to check-in and another 10min in lounge entry.
At least, JL may offer service for elite members even if the flight is not listed.
