People have reported issues in the past trying to downgrade, whereas upgrading is always an easy thing.
That's why everybody around here suggests redeeming Cat 5 TPs if you don't know where you're going to stay. That said, it's good to hear at least one anecdote of someone who's had success going the other direction. Maybe a HUACA thing...or maybe something they'll do only for Plats or PPs?
