Vancouver's rain can be very unpredictable. January is supposed to be a very wet month, but I remember having many consecutive days of sunshine in Jan 2017. Similarly, it rained for 27 days last month, but it's exceptionally dry and sunny this December. If the forecast sticks it looks like at least half of this month will be dry.
