But since I am on a business award would i still get access in Paris? I'm traveling with 3 other people who used UA miles and were able to get business on both segments so would be nice to join them in lounge.

If I am not allowed, is it possible to pay for access and if so, how much? It probably wouldn't be worth it but i never like to be left out I've considered getting the Miles & More credit card but the free lounge passes seem to be awarded at anniversary date and not upon receipt of the card.

Thanks for any thoughts
No, you don't have access to a lounge in CDG as your CDG-FRA flight is in coach/economy. LoungeBuddy sells access to some Lufthansa lounges including the Business Lounge in CDG but on a random date I checked they charge $82! It's definitely not worth the price. If any of the 3 people you are travelling with has Star Alliance Gold status they can guest you into a Lufthansa lounge.

You will have access to a Lufthansa Business lounge in FRA.
