According to the map (see link) there are now two postoffices airside at Schiphol. I used the one above departures lounge 2 a couple of years ago and it looked like any other small postoffice - IIRC they also had those standard parcel/box things for sale.

With the expansion of the Schengen area it looks like they have built a second one down in departures lounge 1.
