Difficult to say but some other posts have mentioned that as long as the merchant codes itself as travel it may pass through paypal.

But there's also a very high chance that since paypal is processing the payment, it may not be coded as travel at all

But no guarantees of course. If you travel alot, even if it doesn't reimburse this time you should automatically get $300 reimbursement next time (unless you are wanting to get it done this calendar year...)
