That wouldn't work going landside and getting the HEX/tube. You can't enter T3 from landside without a bp for a T3 flight. If you were minded to go to T3 without a bp for a T3 departing flight it would have to be using the airside transfer buses - not that this inter terminal lounge hopping is recommend anyway.
