Iberia Plus Oro (Gold) & Vueling - the big rip off

I am based cloed to Barcelona, I regularly fly in Europe for work. Lots of Vueling flights on an IB number crediting EP's to Iberia+ are my only sensible way of getting any status, and I have managed to scramble up to Iberi Plus Gold level. Getting up to Iberia+ Gold on mostly Vueling flights required a serious amount of flights and I was stirred on by the benefits of Gold on the Iberia website such as fast track and lounge access, quotes below:

Fast Track "As an Iberia Plus Oro cardholder, we offer you this exclusive service (at available airports) both for yourself and your guest whenever you take a flight operated by the Iberia Group and/or marketed by Iberia."

Lounge access: "In the case of flights sold by Iberia and operated by non-oneworld airlines, the VIP Lounge service will be available at airports where the Iberia Group operates."

So the way I interpreted things was that as long as I am flying Vueling with an IB ticket, I should have access to both of the above benefits, the lounge one wherever Iberia have a flight of its own - and Iberia do have a Madrid flight to many airports in Europe, so I thought this should be fine.

The reality is that I basically only have access to these benefits on my outward flight from Barcelona, but the return from cities like Geneva, Munich, Dusseldorf, Berlin etc I have all had rejections from the lounge, and forget about any fast track access. Speaking to Iberia more than once on this topic, all I get is a "the website is wrong, it shouldn't say that"; I have sat on the phone with agents, they have read back the text on the website to me, and they have apologised, but what good is that? I have been complaining for months and they haven't changed the language, not that I want them to change it though - I want them to acknowledge the benefits that I worked so hard to get!

Any advice from anyone about how to take this up further with Iberia / IAG??
