No, just the return. We had already arrived in Kona, so we already traveled the first half of the round trip.
You can't book an economy plus ticket anywhere - no such thing exists. You bought an economy ticket and then bought the E+ seating. These are separate events and do not add up to an "economy plus" ticket.

I think you could have easily miscommunicated your desire to UA.
Our intent was to get a refund on the E+ upgrade. We were aware of the potential confusion and tried to be precise in our language. Looks like we fell short.
