Why did you lose the E+ seats on the return?

Did you request E+ seats to be restored on the return?

Why did you decide to refund the E+ instead? (BTW, that would have automatically occurred without a request)

How was the trip rescheduled? Did you return directly to the mainland without an interisland flight?

When you got the refund, did not it seem larger than expected -- E+ access is a fraction of the full flight cost.

Trying to understand how things got confused and the trip was refunded.
