I personally would say JW would be better for tourism as it literally sits on top of Admiralty station which is interchange for Tsuen Wan and Island lines. This will give you access to Central/Wan Chai/Causeway Bay/TST. You can also walk to Wan Chai or Central or take bus/tram outside JW.

W is on top of Kowloon station which gives you easy access to Airport Express and Tung Chung lines. Easy to get to Airport. You can take the Tung Chung line to Hong Kong station but it is a 10 minute walk to Central station and Tsuen Wan line.
