So I qualified for E35k on October 5th and got early recognition and picked my options the week of October 9th. Didn't get a package in the mail. In early November, qualified for E50k. No updates on the Altitude website. Just came home (Dec 5th - two months after making E35k) to an E35k package waiting for me in the mail.

If they are running low on cards/packages sending someone an E35k package only to then send an E50k package seems counter productive

I know, I know, it was just queued up and it's all automated. But still. Can't wait for the E50k package so I can access those sweet sweet United Clubs!!
