If people want that experience, fine but djc225 wanted an authentic Italian experience, where mothers are pushing baby carriages, the baker is baking, the kids are kicking soccer, balls, and there are several lively bars and restaurants on every block, and the locals are out and about, and so on. That's not the neighborhood of the Molino Stuckey, or the Aleph, both out of the historic center. Even the Metro station near it is in one of the worst places to be, Piazza Barberini. It's a noisy plaza full of taxis and buses and honking cars, the stores are Zara, H&M, shoe stores, almost all of them chain stores. It's not the authentic Italian experience
