Please could someone tell me their opinion on GE for my case. I am based in canada and don't travel much to the states may be 2/3 times a year. Does having GEP help?

I am gonna be in India for just couple of weeks. Considering the delay and everything I am just wondering if 100$ is worth it? Thoughts please?
