It appears I am checked in, but I need to verify my passport at the Airport. The BA System failed to advise me that I was checked in on line or via email.
They also failed to send an email to advise me to check in 24 hours prior to my flight.
I connected to ATL on Delta and despite a number of complaints about their IT system, I was reminded to check in for my flight, I was updated by email when the plane went tech for 2 hours, and my Skymiles are already in my account.
The BA IT system needs some improvement.
