Conditionally Approved: Dec 5 (21 business days)
Interview: December 14 (King County Airport, WA)
Approval: December 14
Received card: December 21

Currently inline for interview in Seattle/King County on Mar 29, but I'll look for a way to move it up as I don't want to drive up to Blaine and back down. Will edit when things change...

I also found out that in the Seattle Urban Enrollment Center, there's only one Canadian agent and one CBP agent so that's why it's super backed up. Only 27 interviews a day.
