We (Mrs. and I) each have a UA Explorer card. We signed up for them in May and August of last year respectively. We actually cancelled our old explorer cards 2 months prior to re-enrolling to be able to get the new cardmember bonuses. That said, we have both received new cardmember bonuses within the past 24 months and are both UA Explorer card cardholders.
In an attempt to get another sign-on bonus, we are thinking about signing up for the Chase Sapphire Cards. As of now, there is no annual fee for the first year. Like with the employer cards, we will stagger our sign-ups so we can be sure to make the minimum spending requirement during the introductory period.
I'm reading the TOS of the Sapphire care, and it states "This product is available to you if you do not have any Sapphire card and have not received a new cardmember bonus for any Sapphire card in the past 24 months." (bold added by me).
While I'm sure we're good to go, I was just curious if anyone else has had any experience with this, mainly if there are any success or failure stories.
Thanks in advanced.
