We stayed a couple of weeks ago. It is OK in a businessy hotel way but not great. Wasn't terrifically impressed by the lounge and the suites were just plain weird in layout. I think it really depends upon what you want. You should be aware that the drought has meant that swimming pools are closed, showers have poor pressure and baths effectively banned by removing bath plugs (none of this is unique to the Westin though).

It's quite a meh property I think (and we had a really low floor suite using SNA) directly over a busy toad. I personally would not stay there again and would perhaps look to some of the Marriott or other options.
