Hi. I rented a car with avis in Miami a couple weeks ago. You get separate payments, because depending on where you drove through the toll "stations" it takes a different periode of time until avis get charged, but they charge you asap. I got two seperate payments, the first one included the etoll service fee and some regular toll, whereas the second one only included additional regular toll but NO etoll fee. Is this what happen to you too?
