The same thing happened to me - as a 3MM. During my first phone call to M+ the agent had to check with a supervisor. The agent came back and said "Denied" and for the same reasons as they told you. A few days later I called back. The agent again had to check with a supervisor. The agent came back (after a long hold) and said that 2 GPUs were extended. The inconsistency continues to be consistent at UA.
I just sent an email to 1K Voice and they replied within a few hours that my GPUs were extended. Might be a different avenue to use instead of calling the M+ line and having to HUCA.
