Flew with them many times, though it has been quite a while ago. Onboard product is okay, not as good as Cathay or EVA, but nothing much to complain about. Their renovated lounge at HKG is really good, as far as I remember (well, still not up to Cathay standard, of course). The weak sides are their contract lounges (they use a weaker "Club" EVA lounge at TPE instead of "Infinity" or "Star", and at BKK they use generic PP lounge – at least that had been the case some years ago) and their customer support. If something goes wrong, you are on your own, essentially. Remember to credit miles to Fortune Wings alliance btw.
