OK, well clearly you are using a different airline to me? The whole thing is still a mess? Is that perhaps allowable FT hyperbole again? Is this your experience on each and every flight? Unless you are able to explain why on a totally full A319 yesterday from LGW to NUE, a flight time of just 84 minutes, just the minimum of 3 crew, the service was completed in full in under 30 minutes, not one item ran out, over 30 customers served, and there was time for the Highlife Shop run through too. Both cases are anecdotes, but I strongly suspect there are more that belong to my archetype than yours. However the second sort of anecdote makes easier headway in this sort of forum than the first, it would be tedious to itemise every flight where BoB went OK. I say this as someone who would prefer BoB had not been introduced in the way that it was.
