You can’t really do this - EQD is based on fare not including taxes, so your max budget will need to be more. You could maybe do a 7000 mile flight on a partner airline that would have distance based earning, but that’s going to be very difficult to find for $350 flying from NYC.
Bump the budget to 450 and it shouldn’t be a problem.
This flight in first for $446 gives $385 EQD, I think.
