When I called the 1K line on Wednesday, I got a recorded message telling me that the options had changed. If I heard correctly (and it was amid attempts to rebook during thunderstorm chaos in ORD yet again so I amy have been confused), there was an option for automatic checking and requesting upgrades. After I had got myself rebooked, I called back to select that option and explore it a bit more and it dead-ended. Later in the day, it was gone altogether and I have not heard it since.

Any one else heard it or know what is going on?
