In my experience, it's standard for them to hold on to a BP. Makes sense so they know who is using which shower (and can track down the person if the person walks away with the key).

The DFW AC's have been crowded. I wonder if it has anything to do with the A club being closed. There are showers in the B and C clubs as well, if the wait in D is too long.
