I'd certainly rather have them over-estimate than under-estimate.

For me the time likely won't influence me to take an Uber, it would be the cost. If they said "Uber will be $5, transit will be $1, but take much longer" sure I'll take the Uber. But despite Uber being cheaper than cabs, it's almost always gonna cost more than transit, and that's the same trade off I've lived my whole life with. Do I take the car to the game, or take transit, one is pricey and I can't drink, the other is cheap but slow...
