Hi all - I'm SPG Platinum and am staying at this property for the first time this week because the Westin Galleria was booked. I understand they don't have a lounge which is a bummer. Anything else I should know/ask for to make my stay better? Quiet is my main thing and I know the rooms are facing an atrium, but I'm assuming the living room is a buffer to that - not sure how the outside noise is though.
