The FL in ORD took my BP. Then they walked me to the shower and told me to return the key when I was done to get my BP back.

The AC in NRT did not ask for anything. I was the first one in the club when they opened (after an overnight flight from HKG), and the first thing I asked about was a shower.
They just gave me the key and told me to bring it back when I was done.
