Question Are SEA-PDX mid-March flights likely to go lower? Questions about the 5K bonus miles
I'm currently seeing SEA-PDX for $64 one way on all days between 24 Dec - 7 Mar; however, 8 Mar onwards is $91. I'm looking at flying in mid-March -- Are SEA-PDX fares likely to drop closer to departure date?
At $64, I think it's worthwhile to fly just to get the 5K bonus miles: https://www.alaskaair.com/content/mi...lan/california

Are AS tickets operated by Horizon Air eligible for the above 5K miles bonus?
Also, if I book the flight on Orbitz, would I be eligible to get 1 complimentary bag allowance being an AS cardholder? Do I need to purchase the ticket using my AS card through Orbitz to enjoy this perk?
