I have to stay one night in an IC in Asia Pacific to get 30k points through an offer I have so I won't be staying at the Okura which I usually like (great swimming pool there). I'm not sure between the ANA and Tokyo Bay.
I'm a spire elite ambassador. What upgrade could I get if I book the King Executive Deluxe?
And what if I book the King Premier?
I'll be staying 28th of december so also worried it'd be fully booked...

Would any of those upgrade give me access to the junior lounge? I guess not but that could tilt the balance towards ANA.
