I had a layover at BKK last week, arriving on QR, departing on PG, with the only difference being it was int'l-int'l. I just used the PG lounge available for all their passengers and managed to get some work done there. As others have said, quite a simple lounge with basic refreshments, but it was fine. Four hours flew by very quickly.
