Is it possible to walk between Terminals B, C, and D? I don't think there are any inside passage ways are there? If not, what about walking between the terminals. Reason I ask is that I may be flying non-rev standby on United, but if the flight is full, I can also non-rev on American, or Delta, therefore I'll need to have the possibility of walking between, or two the different terminals?
