IIRC a round trip YUL-CDG-PVG in AF Premium economy should earn 18520x1.5= 27780 MQM's *4 = 111120 MQM. Still quit far away from DM.
Agree, if you fly lots in (and like) AF premium economy, why not stick with AF/KLM's FB FF programma?
