I think there are plenty to choose from. AMS, CPH, IAD, IAH, BOS, MIA (temporarily), LAX, YVR, SEA, perhaps OSL DXB and EZE at the wrong time of day, FCO, LIN, ORY, CPT, JNB, IKA, ACC. A subjective list admittedly. Even CDG, but for the Première lounge, open to very few travellers, I think both Cathay and AA would win there quite comfortably. JFK can be argued too, particularly from an Emerald perspective, though less so for Sapphires.
