Is it better than CX F for OWE? No, not in my opinion. But an excellent option for OWS. I'll still prefer to spend my time in CX F over the QF lounge, but I really cannot fault them for what is a very solid addition to the OW stable of lounges in LHR T3. The BA lounges are utterly laughable in comparison to both QF and CX.
Well done QF! I thoroughly enjoyed spending (a short amount of) time in your new lounge.
Sounds great - looking forward to seeing it in the flesh on my next T3 trip.
On your comparison with BA’s facilities : it set me thinking whether there are any other (major) stations around the world where a
home airline’s lounge is so clearly outshone by those of foreign carriers - or is LHR the most dramatic example .... ?
(pity the likes of QF and CX don’t also serve T5, along with such impressive lounge setups
