Location: 42.1% in PDX , 49.9% in PVG & 8% in the air somewhere prior to COVID. Now ~ 3% in the air going somewhere

I fly AC often as I can YVR to PVG and can tell you the PQM you get, often more than same total fare I get from UA. Suspect something to do with tax versus fare for similar total fare.
