Food, well probably Cathay First overall. For desserts BA would be a better option, particularly mid afternoon. BA First (make sure you get the right section) is a buffet and has the largest area, Cathay is waiter led and you're supposed to eat in the dining area. Very well appointed lounge. Qantas' food - from what I can make out - is more lighter / salady items and there is no First / Emerald section but it is brand new. Flagship AA - the food quality is very good (it comes via rhubarb / Pilots) but the choice is fairly limited. High staff ratio, least impressive décor, fastest wifi.
