Anyone have any info on this new "Attestation form" being required for price protection? Saw it when submitting a claim today. Requires a "wet ink" signature (so much for working in a digital inking paperless environment) on a form they physically mail you - so an added extra cost of postage.
Let us know what the attestation form says when you receive it. I'm curious what you'll have to attest to.
