It's disgraceful that it is taking her to use her name to get this sorted out, particularly as this individual appears to be well-known. If he can't behave he should be on a no-fly list. I don't think it is "double standards" here, though; it is depressing that Ms Zuckerberg is having to DYKWIA because she wasn't listened to before.
