I have some good news guys. Today i received conditional approval for my global entry application. Here is my timeline.
1) Completed global entry application on July 17th.
2)India Passport office appointment on 20th. And PCC completed on 21st July.
3) Waited for 4 months
4) on 11/29/2017 received email with conditional approval.
5) No appointments available in San Francisco for next 3 months. I am planning to do a walk in.
congratulations....where did you get the email from????i was under the impression that no email is sent for conditional approval....

still waiting on my late june application....
