A Missunderstanding I Think!

No complaints about Arab Guest from me!

It was an observation on the Ferrari and Bentley number plates when you use the car park! I would love to see a traffic warden trying to issue a ticket to one of those number plates!

Had a certain problem with checking in which resulted in me being put in to a number of different rooms during the first few hours of the stay. Has any one ever had the feeling that they where in an Emergency room? You know the one that in an emergency it is striped of thing for another room and someone for got to replace it? Kettle -actually whole Tea Bar; trouser press, radio glass from glass topped table!

Very Disappointed, no, that is not strong enough I was livid with Duty Night Manager, as she does not seem to know anything about what the Ambassador scheme was or how to treat guests. Ambassador Help desk shut in UK at the time so called USA. Problems solved as usual. I came away from speaking to them feeling all warm and fuzzy and loved. I am not sure if it was her expert customer service skills or her Southern Belle accent!

Other hotel staff wonderful.

Food divine - and a wine list which is very very tempting.

Must recommend though that is upgrade is for Junior Suite or room on Club floor you take the Club Floor any day.
