Seems a stretch to say a pass or non-rev situation was involved here....travel privileges? What else would you call Alaska's right to deny boarding /passage if you were trying to defuse the situation? Banned? He hasn't been 'banned' because they are investigating to ensure that would be the appropriate outcome - as they should. What wording should Alaska have used to tell the traveling public that this idiot won't be on their flight?
