Yes. They earn more than enough to be able to afford a paltry few hundred dollar fee.

You sound like the absolute perfect employee. Someone willing to get walked all over by the company, and never ask for more. Just keep your nose to the grindstone there buddy, no reason to ever stick up for yourself.
I would leave the company and go work somewhere else if I ever felt they were being malicious about it. I've never come across that situation. I was about to post in response to someone else that it didn't seem like anyone was really throwing rocks, but then I read this post. I'll ask again, is the rule about discussing the topic and not the poster really only selectively applied? It sure seems like it at this point.
