Right, the job is the job. And the job is 'Go fly a plane when the schedule says to unless you want to drop it and the system says you can drop it'. Management wants to change the job they can try and do so, but they better pony us some cash, which it sounds like they're fine with but that you're arguing against. Just wondering what the argument is for management not offering that additional cash?
