Sad to hear that they are still pulling this crap at IC ANA. Had my fair amount of gripes with them, but we have a big corp contract there and in the end things were fixed satisfactorily. Still I got tired of it all and just stay at the IC Strings (need to stay at IHG). Yes it's not 100% smooth always, but usually they follow the rules (except for offering that Single Bed room for 1 pax for redemption bookings) and at least can be talked to within reason. YMMV.
