Often fly ANA long haul and its pretty comfortable with great food and service. A lot of big routes are flown on 787s which is great too. Like with above, have only flown on JAL in domestic but they are pretty comparable judging by the description. The skywider seats are slightly wider but I believe the ANA seats have slightly more seat pitch so its a wash depending on what you value more.

For comfort actually I'd recommend getting a connecting flight, London and Frankfurt to Tokyo always seems to be completely full all the time but other places like Paris to Tokyo are less crowded and far more likely to have an empty seat next to you.
