What airport are you flying out of? I have been told no at SEA. I seem to remember reading that paid F can use the SEA MVPG line (or will be able to soon) but upgraded F can not. I certainly have not been allowed to use it with my upgraded F tickets.
Other airports have different rules. e.g. At SNA I can use the priority line with any F boarding pass.
